I got a ticket from someone who works close enough to the IT department that they are even considered to be IT. Their position is to actually be the go between from IT to a LAB, with a heavier presence on the IT Side.
This individual asked us to fix their work email configuration because too many people are sending them email and it is going to their personal Gmail account. They evidently must have used their Personal email account in testing a system and Outlook was using the wrong Autocomplete address to send mail to.
How about not sending mail from your personal account in the first place? or How about telling those people to stop sending to your personal account? How about telling them to delete your personal email address from their outlook?
