Just got assigned a ticket by my (apparently) evil boss. Thought nothing of it until I read the ticket:

Wow. Just. Wow. This person also had another ticket that was just as… whatever this is.
Sure! We keep spare keys for all keyboards laying around! Oh, and the key is what breaks here, not the electronics under it. Also, please stop eating food and drinking directly over your keyboard, because I know for a fact that is what caused the problem.
