“I don’t know if I have a password for Outlook, I just click the icon and my Gmail is there”
I got this, after telling him that he probably needs to re-enter his Gmail account, which would likely fix his Outlook desktop app not syncing with his Gmail.
Outlook is magic – just shows me my e-mail and never asks me for anything. Waaaaaaaaaaaait……you mean that when I change my password on my phone that Outlook can’t magically figure it out?
