A client I recently had for a few months was quite a challenge because he had an aversion to rebooting his computer. And when I say aversion, I mean it, since he’d often go weeks or months between reboots before I came along.
Why you ask, would he do such a thing? Because he didn’t want to have to open all the programs and Chrome tabs back up. He’d frequently have over a dozen Chrome tabs open to various websites, on top of Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple other programs. No wonder I got so many memory and CPU warning emails for just his computer. And he got on my case several times when the software I used for remote monitoring installed critical Windows updates and required reboots, since he’d get warnings saying a reboot is required.
